PBE site updated and new sections added

A few changes made to the site and several industry categories added to the main navigation. These include Aggregate producers, Cement/Ready-Mix/Concrete producers and end users, and the Construction industry. PBE sells to users of any industry and for a variety of applications including conveyor/equipment monitoring, tank/silo levels, communications, fire/dust suppression, and numerous others.

PBE welcomes new Materials Manager

Keith McKenzie comes to Pyott-Boone with over 35 years experience in business and industry. He received his initial computer training from IBM in 1979 and computerized his chain of auto parts stores, in 1984 he started a computer systems business. His skills as a systems engineer and software analyst will continue with his employment with Pyott-Boone in addition to overseeing our purchasing department. McKenzie, is a Duke University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (minored in Economics & Psychology) and attended the Distribution Management Program, specializing in Asset Management, at Ohio State University. Keith brings a lot of knowledge to the table and we know we're ready to "spin our 21st century web" with him on our team.

Engineering has a new face

Pyott-Boone Electronics welcomes Bill Kautter to our growing family as the new Engineering Manager. Bill brings with him over twenty years of computer and industrial electronics experience including design engineering, manufacturing engineering, international business development, project / department management, and customer service. He has previously worked for GTCO Calcomp Corporation, Catalyst Research, PACE Inc., and RCA New Products Division. We think Bill has the "stuff" to provide us with new and exciting products for years to come.

PBE Releases its 30th year collectors sticker

Pyott-Boone proudly released there newest sticker today celebrating 30 years of service. PBE stickers have been much sought after by collectors for many years and the new one promises to be the same way. The traditional spider symbol signifying the company's "Web of Quality" is seen in the middle of a futuristic galaxy as it spins its way into the 21st century!

Munro-Matix finishes first year at Pyott-Boone

March marked one year since Pyott-Boone acquired Munro-Matix, Inc. as part of the company's expansion into other markets. So far the M Series and PD78 Series of level indicators are in production with work being done on the S series. Look for upcoming products to complement this line in the future.

New Website uploaded

The Pyott Boone website has undergone its third revision since its inception in 1999. The site now includes downloadable PDF documents for most of the company's products in addition to pictures and descriptions. Another new addition are the sections for Munro-Matix (see next article), Pipeline Gas, and Landfill Gas Monitoring. These areas represent the recent efforts into other Markets that PBE has made to diversify and expand.
