Model 1600 Analog Scanner

The Pyott-Boone Model 1600 Analog Scanner monitors up to eight analog inputs. Depending on the modules placed within the Analog Scanner, the Scanner will monitor most common signal types, such as 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mA, 10-50mA, 0-1VDC, 0-1 VAC, and 0-5AAC with a CT extension board. It will also do period/frequency measurements. Other voltage/current modules are available as well as temperature sensor conditioning.

Model 1600 Features:

Power: 110 VAC

Enclosure: 16 Gauge Stainless Steel

Communications: PBE

Inputs: 8 Analog

Signals Monitored: 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mA, 10-50mA, 0-1VDC, 0-1 VAC, and 0-5AAC

The 1600 also plays a large part in complete monitoring systems in junction with the MCS system for applications such as:

Fan Monitoring

  • Motor Current

  • Bearing Temperature

  • Vibration

  • Water Gauge

  • Pressure

Belt Scale Monitoring

  • Tons per hour

  • Monthly tons

  • Daily tons

Tank and Pump Monitoring

  • Material levels

  • Control pumps

  • Monitor gallons per minute

  • Monitor flow rates
